A special session on "Signal processing for disaster management and prevention" is organized by Prof. Enis Cetin from BILKENT University and Dr. Nikos Grammalidis from CERTH during the 19th European Signal Processing Conference (EUSIPCO-2011). The special session wil take place on Wednesday 31 August 2011 at 11:30 am in Barcelona, Spain.
